Q: Where is your company located?

A: We are in Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania

 

Q: Are products you selling clones/copies or genuine ones?

A: We sell genuine products from original manufacturers only

 

Q: How long I must wait my purchase after payment?

A: Depends on your location and custom rules in your country. Normally our customers get their orders in 2-5 business days

 

Q: What kind of payments do you accept?

A: We accept Bank transfers, PayPal, MoneyGram. Please note we take 5% surcharge for PayPal payments.

 

Q: What is default currency of your website?

A:  Prices on website nominated in EURO

 

Q: Can I pay with my local currency?

A: Yes, using Bank transfer you can pay with any of these currencies: EUR,USD,GBP,CHF,PLN,AUD,CAD,CNY,CZK,DKK,SEK,HKD,ISK,JPY,RUB,NZD,NOK,SGD,TWD.

 

Q: What is the warranty term you provide?

A:  1 year for device itself, and 6 months for cables. Warranty can be void if device damaged by customer.

 

Q: How can I return purchased goods and get refund?

A: Return and refund conditions can be found in our Terms of Use. BTW: Activated software cannot be returned in any way.

 

Q: What delivery services do you use?

A:  We use DHL. Please contact us prior placing an order if you want to use different service than DHL.
